Shipping Questions

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all EU countries and the rest of the World.

How much does shipping costs?

We provide FREE SHIPPING above € 150 to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping price is based on shipping address (destination) and amount of products. The shipping price for your order will be calculated in the basket, prior to the checkout.

How long will my package take to arrive?

We strive to have orders processed within 1-3 business days depending on the amount of orders in the queue.
All shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times are based on a working day, not on weekends or holidays.

Standard shipping inside EU will be shipped via postal service which can take up to 7-10 business days.

Orders outside EU make take additional time: 7-10 business days for all countries in Europe, 21 business days for the rest of the world.

We only ship after payment. Please note that we only prepare the orders once your payment has been received.

 

Shipping Delays
your package might be delayed by customs or your local post company. Other factors include holidays or missing address information. You will however, receive a Track and Trace number to your email, to follow your order.

Can I follow my oder with Track and Trace?

We use Track and Trace shipping, so you will always know where your package is and when it is arriving to you.
Please check your tracking number link after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Also check the spam folder in your email too. Or contact us.

I’ve placed my order, but my shipping details are incorrect.

Are your products legal?

Yes, unfortunately they are.
If you however want something illegal, then you’ ll have to find other online stores
(ps. The best ones are in the Netherlands 🙂

Are your products available in stores?

Our products are only available online.

Payment Question

What payments method are available?

Currently, we only accept the PayPal
(and golden bars 🙂

How can I pay with my preferred payment method?

You can select which payment method to use at the end of the checkout process.

How can I redeem an online gift card?

Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to checkout and you’ll find a section where you can input your gift card’s unique code.

Return and Refunds

How do returns work?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via our Contact Form. Products can only be returned to us after this has been approved by a member of our team.
When your product is eligible for a return (see return conditions), you’ll receive an e-mail from us with further instructions. If not, we’ll also let you know of course.

Are returns free of charge?

Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or is being returned under warranty.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

If your item was damaged upon delivery, please inform us within 14 calendar days of receipt at your address.
Please send us an e-mail (info@herbslimitededition.com) with a picture of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll then get back to you as soon as we can with a suitable solution.

I received an incomplete order. What should I do?

In case you received an incomplete order, you must inform us within 14 days after receiving your order. We’ll then get back to you as soon as we can with a suitable solution.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

In case you received the wrong product from us, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt at your address. We’ll then get back to you as soon as we can with a suitable solution.

We provide FREE SHIPPING above €150 to all countries within the European Union.

How does the refund procedure work?

In case of a refund, we will ask for a valid international bank account number (IBAN) and the SWIFT / BIC code of your bank.
We will process the refund within 5 business days after we received all the required data. It should be taken into account that it can take 1-2 business days for the banks to process the bank wire transfer.

Technical Question

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Don’t worry – just change it. Here is the procedure:

Go to Your Account.
Click on Lost your password.

You will get an email to reset your old password and generate a new one (don’t forget to check also your spam box!)

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking on login / register on the top right side of the site. Otherwise, once you’ve finished shopping, you’ll reach the login / register page when you can create an account.
