  • We accept MasterCard, Amex and Visa.
  • We also accept Paypal.
  • No ‘mailed cash’ or bank transfers.

To pay by one of the above methods simply place your items in your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout and complete the required fields for your order to be processed.

In the unlikely event that your card isn’t accepted, we kindly ask you to choose a different payment method instead.

Please check that your bank may incurre additional costs for currency exchange.

Online voucher

REEDEMING YOUR ONLINE VOUCHER

An e-Voucher is an electronic voucher which is usually delivered to the customer by email and can be redeemed online using a PIN code.
Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to checkout and you’ll find a section where you can input your voucher’s unique code.

Shipping Methods

We ship to all EU countries and many others international destinations.

All orders may take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped out.
Any orders with overnight shipping that are placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

The shipping price is based on shipping address (destination) and amount of products. The shipping price for your order will be calculated in the basket, prior to the checkout.

 

1. EU Shipping Policies

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over € 150 to all countries within the European Union.

Standard shipping will be shipped via postal service which can take up to:

  • 7-10 business days

 

2. Other International Shipments

We offer very competitive shipping rates to all international destinations that do not qualify for any free shipping promotion. Rates will be provided at times of checkout.
For shipments to non-EU Countries local authorities potentially charge custom duties, fees or tax. We are not responsible for possible charges.
Standard shipping will be shipped via postal service which can take up to:

  • 7-10 business days for all countries in Europe
  • 21 business days for the rest of the world.


Please note that we only prepare the orders once your payment has been received. Orders outside EU make take additional time.

 

3. Tracking

Upon the shipment of orders, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during the time of order.

4. Disclaimer:

1. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage and / or importation costs associated with the delivery of any goods or their replacement howsoever caused.

2. In the event you receive any faulty or damaged items, please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please do not return any goods before contacting us. Depending on your country of residence, the costs for returning the item may vary.

Return Policy

We strive to maintain the highest standards of herbs quality and service.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days after receiving it at your delivery address. There are a few conditions for items returned to us, so please read carefully.

Condition for returning my product(s):

• All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

 

1. How do returns work?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via mail our Contact Form (Homepage). Products can only be returned to us after this has been approved.

When your product is eligible for a return, you’ll receive an e-mail from us with further instructions. If not, we’ll also let you know of course.

 

2. Are returns free of charge?

You will be responsible for shipping to us. We will cover the cost of shipping for your replacement item back to you.
International customs and duty fees may be incurred and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

3. I received a damaged item, what should I do?

If your item was damaged upon delivery, please inform us within 14 days of receipt at your address.
Please send us an e-mail with a picture of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll then get back to you as soon as we can with a suitable solution.

4. I received an incomplete order. What should I do?

In case you received an incomplete order, you must inform us within 14 days after receiving your order. We’ll then get back to you as soon as we can with a suitable solution.

5. I received the wrong product. What should I do?

In case you received the wrong product from us, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt at your address. We’ll then get back to you as soon as we can with a suitable solution.

6. How do returns work?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via our Contact Form. Products can only be returned to us after this has been approved by a member of our team.
When your product is eligible for a return (see return conditions), you’ll receive an e-mail from us with further instructions. If not, we’ll also let you know of course.

 

7. How does the refund procedure work?

In case of a refund, we will ask for a valid international bank account number (IBAN) and the SWIFT / BIC code of your bank.
We will process the refund within 5 business days after we received all the required data. It should be taken into account that it can take 1-2 business days for the banks to process the bank wire transfer.
