2. Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over € 150 to all countries within the European Union.
Standard shipping inside EU will be shipped via postal service which can take up to 7-10 business days.

For shipments to non-EU Countries local authorities potentially charge custom duties, fees or tax. We are not responsible for possible charges.
Standard shipping will be shipped via postal service which can take up to 7-10 business days for all countries in Europe and up to 21 business days for the rest of the world.

3. Discounts, Coupon Codes and Credits

We reserve the right to discontinue or decline any and all discounts, coupon codes and credits made available through the website at any time without notice.

5. Credit card security

The payment methods that we use are only well known providers with very good reputations and the customer does not need to become a member or register with these organizations to use their payment system.

6. Declined / Pending Charges

If an error message occurred, and / or the transaction was denied – no money will be taken from the declined card.
No order was successfully placed. However, there may be pending charges on your card’s statement each attempt.
This usually lasts 24 – 48 business hours depending on bank – after which time they will release the funds back to said card / account.

HLE reserves the right to remove or alter this website and the Terms and Conditions without prior warning.
HLE makes no warranty that your visit to our website will be error free or that our server is not free of viruses or anything of a disruptive or destructive nature.

Reasonable care is taken to ensure that product photos, pricing and descriptions are accurate reflections of the product that is provided and / or sold by HLE.
Information on the website will be correct at the time of uploading the information; however, there may be typographical, numerical or inaccurate information.

9. Products and sustainable wildcrafting

All of our products have been 100 % handpicked.
Our team has tested all the blends and is constantly working on new ones.

The wildcrafting is done in respectful and sustainable way, gathering only what is needed and being mindful of the health of the plant. The care is taken to remove only a few flowers or leaves, so plenty remains to continue the supply and to respect the needs of animals or insects that depend on this plant for food or other uses. The plants have been picked from different stands or spots in a stand to minimize the impact. We want our impact not to be noticeable, and our harvest doesn’t result in the death of the plants. It’s not uncommon that sustainable wildcrafting sometimes means not harvesting. We strive to always be in the proper emotional state to make a harvest: we are happy to harvest and it gives us a deep sense of connection. Ethical wildcrafting also takes time; to find the plants, to harvest them, time to return home and to dry the plants. That is why we offer seasonal blends, which may not be available throughout the whole year.

All products sold on this website unless otherwise specified should be stored in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight.
Special care is taken to prevent any trace of insects or infestation, but due to the nature of some of these herbal products (rose petals) if not stored correctly, infestation may occur. Our product may contain the traces of other plants.

Important:
Vapeherbs blends are only meant for dry herb vaporizing. They don’t produce a visible vapor, but you will definitely enjoy their flavor and aroma.
Vapeherbs blends are not tobacco or cannabis substitute, and should not be smoked.

10. Your (medical) responsibility

Do not use our products as tea or in vaporizers / bongs during pregnancy or lactation.
If you suffer from specific physical conditions or when in doubt, always consult your doctor.

We do not claim in any way that our products are suitable for treating, curing or preventing any disease or condition. We do not provide medical advice.

Please check the content of our herbal mixes referring your allergy problem. Our products come from nature and may contain allergens.  Some people may have allergies that even 100% organic substances may aggravate. The plants grow free in nature without human intervention and therefore are stronger and more intense. Always start at a low dose!

Never leave burning herbs unattended and ensure that you are using appropriate tools for burning.

11. Orders

Orders may be made but will not be processed from midday Friday until Monday morning; the customer should take this into account when estimating delivery times of their ordered product.
Orders are made on the assumption that the stock is ready for dispatch soon after the order is placed.
Efforts are made to ensure that this is the case; however, if the product(s) is not available for dispatch the customer will be duly notified and will be entitled to request a refund upon cancellation of the order. It is expected that all ingredients have been read before purchase of item.

Regarding special / limited offers; termination of these will be notified via the website as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

All herbal orders have a weight tolerance of approximately +/- 5%, although weight stated on the packaging should be an accurate representation of quantity with this tolerance taken into account.

12. Delivery

The delivery cost will be presented to you before the order is complete and also included within the total amount to be paid when an order is placed and confirmed. Please contact us with any special delivery requests. If not specified, delivery will be within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for late delivery or circumstances out of our control.

All products sold via this website are of satisfactory quality and the service provided to all customers is undertaken with reasonable care and skill, if the contrary occurs proof will be required for a refund on products purchased.

13. Money back guarantee

Items need to be returned in their original sale condition and within 14 days of purchase.

All costs associated with returning the item/s are at the customer’s expense. Returned items should be sent by recorded delivery. Should these criteria be met a full refund will be given.
